  • Order Processing: In-stock items typically take 1 – 3 days to process before shipping.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice.
  • All prices listed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR).

4. Payment

  • Payment must be made in full before we process your order.

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is defective or an error was made by Copy Noord in processing your order.
  • If you receive a defective item or an incorrect order, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item. You can send us a WhatsApp message at 082 824 3321 with photos of the problem, and we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • Shipping Locations: We currently ship only within South Africa.
  • Shipping Methods: Orders are shipped using The Courier Guy, or if you prefer to pick up your own order, you can select “Pick Up” when checking out
  • Delivery Times:
    • Gauteng: 1 – 2 business days
    • Rest of South Africa: 3 – 5 business days
    • Remote Areas: Delivery to remote areas may take longer than 5 business days.
  • Order Processing:
    • In-stock items typically take 1 – 3 days to process.
    • Please note that all items are custom printed, and we will need to discuss wording or artwork with you before finalizing your order.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are based on the size and weight of the items and will be calculated during checkout.
    • Important: Insurance is not included unless specified.
  • Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
  • In-Store Pickup: If you prefer, select the “Pickup” option at checkout, and we will notify you once your order is ready for collection.
